Today’s venture took me to a seaside shanti. A slight calamity arose after I placed my order. They ran out of whole milk. The barista was beside herself and apologies were applied. She was however, backed up with 2%, an avenue I would not pursue on my own. Faced with no other latte options in the vicinity I accepted the 2% compromise with a smile on my face.
