I enjoy all stages of coffee aroma. First, when I open the beans, I have my nose at the ready to inhale all those vapors that are dying to get out. The same thing happens after I have ground them, nose to the grinder, I am ready for the olfactory hues. Lastly, I absorb the scent of the brewed magnificence in front of me. All incredible pleasure before I’ve even had one sip.
