I had some trepidation when my latte was presented to me. The latte art left a lot to be desired. I wasn’t even sure what he was trying to make. I am guessing he is a barista in training. They say you can’t tell a book by its cover, so I tasted away. Much better than anticipated. It wasn’t perfect to look at, but it was the high quality that I love and hope for, which of course is paramount. With a little practice on his part and a little patience from me, I’m sure it will all come together.
